Team Members


Jaime is a speech pathologist that has experience working with a variety of speech and language disorders. She earned her undergraduate degree in Cognitive Science with a concentration in Speech Pathology and a Minor in Human Development and Family Services from the University of Delaware. She went on to attend Old Dominion University where she obtained her Masters Degree in Speech Pathology. Jaime currently holds a license to practice in Virginia and is a member of the American Speech and Hearing Association (ASHA). Jaime has assessed and treated a variety of diagnoses in pediatric clients including Autism, Down Syndrome, Childhood Apraxia of Speech, ADHD, and chromosome deletions. During her work with adults, she treated patients who demonstrated deficits in speech and language skills following strokes, traumatic brain injuries, and those related to dementia and cognitive decline. Jaime is PROMPT trained and has additional training in the use of Dynamic Temporal and Tactile Cueing (DTTC) to facilitate accurate speech production among those with speech disorders. Jaime has also completed an intensive 3 day training to assist those with feeding difficulties (SOS Feeding).

Kelli earned her undergraduate degree in Elementary Education with a concentration in Language Arts from Spring Arbor University. While teaching 4th grade, she discovered her passion for working with children on their speech and language skills. She then earned her master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology from Old Dominion University. Kelli was presented with the “Outstanding Graduate Student in Speech-Language Pathology” award from Old Dominion University. She currently holds a license to practice in Virginia as a Clinical Fellow and is a member of the American Speech and Hearing Association (ASHA). Kelli has had robust experiences working with a variety of clients across the lifespan. She completed a full-time internship at a pediatric outpatient clinic where she assessed and treated children from birth through age 21. The children had a variety of diagnoses, including Autism Spectrum Disorder, Spoken Language Disorder, articulation/phonological disorder, and Downs Syndrome. She also completed a full- time internship at a hospital inpatient rehabilitation center. She worked with clients who suffered from strokes, traumatic brain injury, and dementia to facilitate speech, language, and swallowing skills. Kelli also has ample experience providing telehealth services to children and adults.
